We believe normal communication will be agent-driven, making communication itself more intelligent. We redefine what notifications are so instead of turning them on and off, you just say what you care about at the moment. Search is agent-driven, so you can find anything across every conversation. Calls take care of themselves, capturing the transcript and writing the notes the moment they end. And we add new ways for teams to talk, like voice groupchats, expiring groupchats, and more.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. On the Free plan, workspace content may be used to train and improve AI, including with our AI partners. Enterprise Data Protection keeps your data private and never used for training. See our Security and our Enterprise Pricing page.

Sila strives to be model-agnostic with a high priority on security. We currently support the world's leading AI models like Fable, GPT 5.6, and more, and open-source models like DeepSeek V4, Kimi K3, and more. This is available on the Enterprise plan.

Yes, it is. Sila is free to use: unlimited members, unlimited agents, and unlimited agent runs, with no credit card required. Organizations that need enterprise security, private data, and dedicated support can contact us about Enterprise Data Protection.

Enterprise is built for organizations of roughly 15 or more. Sila's enterprise layer includes SCIM, audit logs, access controls, priority support, and robust security, all priced independently of your usage. Members are always unlimited. For further details, contact us.

Admins get workspace-wide usage analytics to track agent runs and token usage across teammates and agents, and manage seats right from your settings.

On the Free plan, Sila retains workspace content, agent runs, and connected-app data and may use them to train and improve AI. On Enterprise Data Protection, your data is used only to run the Service, is never used for training, and is never shared with AI partners. You keep ownership of your content on every plan.
